How to submit

  1. Prepare a 200–300 word abstract.
  2. Choose a track and preferred session format (oral, poster, workshop).
  3. Email your submission as PDF or DOCX to [email protected].
  4. Include author names, affiliations, and keywords.

Review process

Single- or double-blind peer review depending on track. Criteria include originality, rigor, clarity, ethics, and impact.

Publication opportunities

Accepted papers appear in proceedings with DOIs. Selected works may be invited to partner journals subject to further review.

Submission requirements

  • Formatting: 6–12 pages (excluding references), APA or IEEE style
  • Ethics: IRB/ethics approval where applicable; anonymize data
  • Plagiarism: Zero tolerance; submissions screened
  • Languages: English submissions required
